On behalf of our producer customers, AMS began operating as a  Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) for antifreeze, oil containers and oil filters on October 1, 2021, under Ontario’s new Hazardous and Special Products (HSP) Regulation.

We partner with Service Providers to create a robust collection and processing network that enables producer compliance for recycling used automotive service materials under Ontario’s regulatory framework.

AMS values the relationships that have been established with our Service Provider partners since we began operating in 2017. We look forward to continuing to work together to provide safe and efficient management of automotive HSP.
